Her musical education continued at the School of Music of the University of Guadalajara, and afterwards in the School of Sacred Music in Toluca, Mexico. While a young student and professional, she was a part of various chamber groups as well as opera choirs in Guadalajara as well as Mexico City. Following her move from Mexico to the United States at the age of 2000, she performed with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus.
